1. Product Description
1.1 It is used for cleaning and attaching polarizers on the surface of small-sized 3-8 inches LCDs. It is attached at the same time in the double station and adopts the CCD alignment method.
1.2 The full-automatic high-speed cleaning partial sticking production line is mainly composed of a Tray disc / jam feeder, an LCD washing machine, and a polarizer attaching machine.The main function of the Tray feeding machine is to put the collected products into the next process in an orderly manner through the mechanical arm and automatically organize the Tray ; the main function of the LCD cleaning machine is to clean the upper and lower surfaces of the LCD glass, which is convenient SMT and other processes.
The main function of the automatic polarizer attachment machine is to automatically mount various polarizers on the substrate; no manual operation is required halfway, and the entire process of LCD glass cleaning and polarizer attachment is automatically completed by this production line.
